Can I order using a Credit Card?

Yes! Please do so via our website, as we do not do manual-entry of Credit Card numbersor Credit Card over the phone (for security reasons required by our payment processor).

Can I list a school order number / purchase order?

Yes. There is a section for it at checkout. Note: School purchase orders must be addressed to the school.

When do I get access to downloads?

Credit Card – Immediately

Bank Transfer – When your order is marked as completed (money received and order finalised – usually after postage of any physical materials).

As this is a manual process for Bank Transfers, please send us an email if the payment should be through but your order hasn’t yet been marked to allow you to access the downloads.

Can I add to a previous order?

Yes. Please contact us first if it has been more than 1 hour since your first order. If you’re ordering immediately after your first order, use ‘pickup’ as described below with a note ‘add to previous order’ in the customer notes section of the checkout.

Can I pick up?

Perth residents can pick up from us. We are located in Woodvale.

Step 2: enter coupon code ‘pickup.’

Step 3: “Pickup from Northern Suburbs” will appear – click that box

Step 4: Make sure to email [email protected] with your confirmed order # and when you’d like to pick up.

Prices

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. The GST amount is clearly isolated on invoices to simplify refund claims by schools. We reserve the right to change prices at any point in time and the website price supercedes any price on printed materials.

Refunds

We reserve the right to refund ‘change-of-mind’ and ‘mistake’ refunds minus the fees levied by our payment provider.

Delivery Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day of receiving your order. As this is a family business, there are occasions where orders may be dispatched less frequently (~3 times a week).

Delivery is generally through Australia Post, and tracking is obtained on packages over $15.

Returns

Returns are available for defective goods. Please notify us within seven days if your goods are damaged.

For goods where you’ve simply changed your mind get in contact with us. We’ll often (but are under no obligation to) take it back, and you’ll have to cover the cost of return postage.

Can I order for a bookshop or similar retailer at wholesale prices?

Copyright and Privacy

  • Full Refund for events when cancelling more than a week before.
  • 50% refund for within a week (2-7 days before event).
  • No refund for cancelling day-of or the day before the event.
  • No refund for no-shows.

Transference

  • We will attempt to facilitate transfers of representative for live events for school staff, with no guarentees.

Food & Dietary Requirements

  • We will attempt to facilitate any dietary requirements you have with enough notice.
  • Dietary requirements notice that is too late (i.e. after the venue no longer accepts changes, usually 1 week) will not be catered for and will not be refunded.
  • Dietary requirements notice that was given with enough time but failed to be catered for will be refunded proportionally (up to the maximum value of the per-person catering cost for the event).
