How do I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Set up an order in your cart.
- When you see the prompt for a coupon, type in PICKUP as the code.
- Get in contact and let me know when you’ll come get it (plenty of notice, please!)
I’d like to order, but I’m outside Australia
Please get in contact with me. The variability in cost means it is very difficult to be able to calculate shipping costs beforehand. At the low end of the scale a small pack of spinner arrows which fits in a normal padded envelope costs $12 AUD!! to post just to New Zealand, without even including the cost of the envelope or handling. We are charged even more for sending A3 Games due to their larger dimensions. This makes postage often prohibitive. I may be able to suggest a reseller in your location.
Can I order for a bookshop or similar retailer at wholesale prices?

Payments, deliveries and returns
Can I order using a Credit Card?
Yes! Please do so via our website, as we do not do manual-entry of Credit Card numbers (for security reasons).
When do I get access to downloads?
Credit Card – Immediately
Bank Transfer – When your order is marked as completed (money received and order finalised – usually after postage of any physical materials)
Can I list a school order number?
Can I pick up?
Yes. When you see the area to enter coupons at checkout, input ‘pickup.’ Make sure to email [email protected] with your confirmed order # and when you’d like to pick up.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. The GST amount is clearly isolated on invoices to simplify refund claims by schools. We reserve the right to change them at any point in time.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day of receiving your order. As this is a family business, there are occasions where orders may be dispatched less frequently (~3 times a week).
Delivery is generally through Australia Post, and tracking is obtained on packages over $15.
Returns are available for defective goods. Please notify us within seven days if your goods are damaged.
For goods where you’ve simply changed your mind get in contact with us. We’ll often (but are under no obligation to) take it back, and you’ll have to cover the cost of return postage.
